Duckweed is a good resource that is edible.
After collecting I wanted to use as food where the boaters can also try.

It has high vitamin A and B which is mostly foods that we eat for breakfast.

Duckweed has high vitamin A and B which are food that we usually take breakfast for example fruits (avocado), milk, nuts and cereals.

Duckweed cereal

I have cooked homemade cereals with duckweed with simple ingredients.
Recipe:
- Whole wheat flour
- Bran flakes
-Duckweed (used a traditional grinder)
-Sugar
-Honey
-Warm water
-Cooking oil

Failure and mistakes

Overcooked cereals came out interesting as the food became very hard and with texture.
